Alan began his career as a lecturer in Computer Science inUCC in 2005 after completing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. He left the university to start Keelvar in 2012 and the business serves large multinationals with a Software as a Service solution for sourcing goods ands ervices globally. Keelvar works with 150 Global 1000 companies and supports over $200bn in procurement processes annually. Keelvar also provides AI agents to negotiate on behalf of these corporations for over 80% of their sourcing event spresently.
