Jason Lynch is CEO of Equal1, a disruptive silicon quantumcomputing company headquartered in Ireland. He was previously a General Managerwith Analog Devices, working on an innovative internal start-up, driving AI forpredictive maintenance. He joined ADI as part of the acquisition of HittiteMicrowave in July 2014. He spent 10 years at Hittite and held various roles,the most recent as a member of the executive team as Managing Director. In thisposition, he launched and built a team at an international headquarters forHittite in Cork, Ireland. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering andM.S. in Microelectronic Engineering from the National University of Ireland,Cork in 1999 and 2005 respectively. He has also earned a Masters of BusinessAdministration (MBA), Summa Cum Laude, from Babson College, Massachusetts, USAin 2009.
